- A development consisting of the repair and refurbishment of a Grade ll listed house, the conversion of an adjacent garage building into a new dwelling and five substantial new build detached houses.
- The houses are all individually designed and have various combinations of stone, brick and render used in their elevational design.
- Designed for Marshall Homes.
- Completed early 2019.
- S p a c e architecture and design obtained the necessary planning permissions and listed building consents as well as providing all of the construction information for each part of the project.
