Poplar Court apartment building
- The site was secured by the developer as the result winning a limited design / bid competition. Mick Dunn was the principle designer of the scheme and was responsible for obtaining planning permission whilst with another practice.
- The scheme contains 34 mainly two bedroom apartments arranged around a small courtyard that retains a mature poplar tree.
- Constructed using the ‘design and build’ procurement system, S p a c e architecture and design worked closely with the main contractor and provided all of the construction information.
- Completed 2010.
