CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION



  • Advising on the need for other consultants and the scope of their appointments –ie, establishing the ‘The Design Team’
  • Developing drawings and specifications and incorporating the input of other consultants
  • Organizing Design Team meetings
  • Liaison with the relevant building control body to ensure building regulation compliance
  • Advising on certain types of construction or non standard elements of design
  • Coordination of construction information, structure, materials, setting out, new and emerging technologies
  • Coordinating the finalized information provided by other consultants
  • Providing approximate anticipated construction costs
  • Advising on suitable builders / contractors
